Administrators Interface:

The administrators are provided with a complex but intuitive set of options that allow for the management of the system. Multiple administrators can be activated, each with his own set of custom permissions and an assigned group of clients; distributing the work load efficiently, as well as keeping information divided and restricted amongst administrators.

The administrator interface shows several information boxes in the main screen. The system transaction requests are sorted and prioritized by importance levels previously set by the administrator. Aside from continuously displaying the new transactions as they come in, the administrator may also choose to receive email notifications to track the system while off-site. Every transaction executed by the administrator automatically performs a series of accounting transactions, minimizing the necessary input from the administrator, as well as deterring human error. Having pre-set fixed values or percentage values in the fee structure, as well as allowing for at-the-moment and per-case adjustments, makes the internal financial operation extremely flexible and accurate. Offering complete control of the data, even in automatic transactions, it produces the possibility to actually calculate, in real time, the profits.
